Service Issues
 
Shipping
We are located in the DFW area of Texas. Customers may select either USPS Priority Mail or various levels of UPS service. USPS Priority Mail time-in-transit is 2-3 days. For UPS Ground, time-in-route varies from 1 working day to 6 working days. CLICK HERE for UPS Ground In-Time-Transit Map. Time-in-transit estmates are made based on weekdays and do not count weekends or holidays. UPS delivery day guarantees are waived by UPS in cases where "situations beyond their control" cause delays, as in weather related delays, national emergencies, or rail disasters. UPS will not adjust or refund shipping charges under such circumstances. Example: the snow storms that closed some airports in December of 2004 caused delays on UPS Next Day Air shipments to even places like Florida. UPS refused to refund or adjust those charges even though the packages were not delivered in time for Christmas. We do not make money on freight and therefore cannot make adjustments to freight charges when the carrier's policy does not provide for such.

If we are shipping to Canada, USPS mail or UPS is used according to the buyers chosen preference.

We will normally ship within 1 working day but please allow up to 3 working days for the order to be processed and shipped.

Payment Method

  • Credit Card - Upon submitting your order, the transaction is immediately submitted for authorization. When authorization is complete, the receipt will be generated and marked as "Processed". Shipment will proceed without delay.
  • Check, Money Order - Upon submission of your order, you will be provided a receipt marked as "Queued". Please mail your payment to: QWorks; PO Box 550446; Dallas, Texas 75355. Once your payment is received, and successfully collected, the order will be processed for shipment.

Sales Tax
Taxes on internet sales have always been exactly like most mail-order sales. If you are in Texas like us, we have to collect Texas Sales Tax. If we ship to a location outside Texas, there is no tax applied.

Warranties
QWorks allows a full money-back guarantee in the first 30 days on the purchase price of all products for any reason. In the Christmas season, when products are purchased as gifts, the returns period is extended until the January 10th following. Products must be returned in resaleable, undamaged condition to qualify.

Defects in workmanship or material are warrantied under and according to the manufacturers' policy which can be obtained by contacting QWorks, but no product is warrantied for less than 90 Days. Hitchin' Rods are manufactured by QWorks and are warrantied against manufacturing defects for a full year.

As a general rule, if you think the product has failed you prematurely, you should give us a call or an email. We want you to be happy and we may agree with you regardless of the warranty rules.


Returns
QWorks understands that sometimes a return is unavoidable. It's important that you buy with the confidence of knowing that we will cheerfully deal with return issues.

Please include your name, address, phone, reason for the return, and what you would like us to do (replace, credit, etc.).

Exchanges or returns for reasons of color, size, or style, where there is no defect claim, customer must return the product freight prepaid. If replacement product is requested, QWorks may require that the customer pay for additional shipping.

To be eligible for refund or exchange, all returns must be packaged in a container of suitable size and strength to protect the product from damage, crushing, or unnecessary crumpling in the case of wearables. Original tags and labels should be intact.


Close Out Items

The normal warranty policies include close-outs . However, remedy will be limited to refund of purchase price - no exchanges please.
